Wire Care Plan Subscription

At least one jack must be working at the time you subscribe to the plan
- ACT will identify the problem, whether the source is the inside wire, telephone jacks, or the telephone itself.
- ACT will repair or replace, as needed, all telephone wire running from the Network Interface Device
(usually a grey box on the outside of your home or business) to the telephone jacks and outlets inside.
- ACT will repair or correct trouble in a reasonable manner and, if required, reroute wire along baseboards or other locations to avoid unnecessary damage.
- ACT will repair existing jacks and wiring as long as one jack is in working order at the time you sign up for the plan.
- ACT will reconnect existing, working jacks to the main telephone line if they have been disconnected by a previous occupant.
