Wire Care Exclusions
The following are NOT covered by ACT's Wire Care Plan
- Locations outside the town of Sheridan, Wyoming.
- Installation of new inside wiring or jacks.
- Complex wire and cable connected to electronic systems.
- Inside phone wire maintenance if no jacks are working at the time of plan subscription.
- Customer equipment including telephones, fax machines, caller id boxes, answering machines, DSL modems and wireless routers.
- Drilling or cutting into walls.
- Telephone wiring between buildings or separate units of a multi-tenant property.
- Rewiring of jacks and telephone wiring not installed in accordance with accepted industry standards for telephone wiring.
ACT will offer to make such repairs based on standard labor rates.
- Multi-line and key system business locations.
- Wiring destroyed by fire, flood or natural disasters.
