Accessing Your Mailbox

• From any phone dial the numbers 675-MAIL (6245)
• You will hear a greeting asking you to "Please enter user box number."
  While this message is playing press the # button on your phone.

  If calling from a remote phone, your user box number is your telephone number, including your area code.

  If you are a Total Package subscriber, please skip to the section entitled "Accessing your Sub-mailbox."

• Enter your temporary pin code followed by #.

  Your pin code will be a default code of 0000 until you change it.

• Main Menu:

  Press 1 to retrieve messages.

  Press 7 for current date and time.

  Press 9 for mailbox setup.

  Press * to return to the main menu.
